We would like to congratulate Jeremy Hansen on his new role as Managing Partner for Virtus Group. The role change will take effect January 1, 2023. Current Managing Partner, Neil Weber will step back from his role, but we will keep him busy with taking the lead on new Virtus Group initiatives. Jeremy joined Virtus Group in 2003 as an eager co-op student from the University of Regina and he was hooked from the start.
He obtained his professional designation in 2007 and joined the partnership group in 2017. Jeremy is committed to growing the firm and its people. He faces challenges head on with the focus of improving the lives of our clients and our staff.
“I’m excited for the challenge of leading this great firm as its next Managing Partner. It is truly a privilege to work alongside our great group of partners and staff, and I’m grateful for the opportunity and humbled by their trust in me. We have a fantastic team that fills me with pride and motivation every single day.
I want to thank Neil Weber, as he transitions from the Managing Partner role to his new role as a Senior Consultant. Neil has been a fantastic leader of our firm for the past decade and will continue to provide invaluable leadership and insight for us. I’m grateful for the support and mentorship he has provided to me as we transition our roles.
I also want to thank my family, friends, and clients of our firm for their support throughout my entire career, along with the many great leaders and tremendous role models that have helped shape me and the firm to where we are today. I look forward to the responsibility of carrying on that legacy and continuing to build on our success as a team.”Jeremy Hansen
Jeremy is the guy you always want on your team, because he will literally sacrifice his body in a meaningless game of ping pong baseball while raising money for KidSport. His drive and determination are what’s pushed him to continually make Virtus Group exceptional. In this next chapter of Virtus Group, we have all the confidence that Jeremy will guide us where we need to be.
