Before our meeting, we will review your five most recent fiscal years and perform limited valuation analysis. We will apply our specialized knowledge and experience to your business and its results from a hypothetical purchaser’s perspective.
After our process is complete, we will schedule a meeting or video conference call with you to verbally walk you through our adjustments, analysis and our ‘ballpark’ conclusion of value.
Using the results from the analysis, one of our experienced business advisors will also suggest KEY VALUE DRIVERS specific to your business and industry. Our meeting will help you complete a NOW-WHERE-HOW analysis to:
